Hi, I’m Rich. I've spent the last seven years figuring out how to make podcasts actually generate business. Real pipeline, not just downloads.

I'm a retired United States  Marine and former attack helicopter pilot.

In 2018, I left Amazon. Left Texas. Left stability. Started creating.

When I got into podcasting, I brought the same mindset I had in the cockpit. Everything documented, repeatable, checklist-driven. Nothing left to chance.

I started my own show, The Leadership Locker, interviewing some of the most recognized names in business and podcasting. That's where I learned what actually works and what doesn't.

Then I co-hosted NFTs for Newbies with Heather, and we hit 1 million organic downloads in less than 9 months.

But I also watched companies pour real money into shows that weren't generating anything...

Episode after episode with no pipeline and no ROI. Great content that led to zero business.

The pattern was almost always the same. Interviewing friends instead of prospects. Measuring downloads instead of deals. Treating the podcast like a content project instead of what it actually is: a permission structure to get in the room with people who would otherwise ignore you.
