2. Services Overview

UNFLTR provides creative video production, content strategy, editing, and media distribution services designed for founders, entrepreneurs, and high-growth businesses. Specific scopes, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms for client projects are governed by individual client service agreements or statements of work (SOW).

3. SMS & Mobile Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number via our web forms, consultation bookings, or agreements and explicitly opting in, you consent to receive informational and transactional SMS messages from UNFLTR.

Program Description & Messaging Use Cases: Our mobile messaging program is used to deliver appointment reminders, video shoot scheduling confirmations, critical project milestone updates, creative review notices, customer service responses, and account-related notifications.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your active projects, consultation schedules, and interactions with our team.
Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Check with your wireless provider for details regarding your text and data plan.
How to Opt-Out (Text STOP): You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message received from us. After sending STOP, you will receive one confirmation message confirming your opt-out, and no further text messages will be sent to your mobile device unless initiated by you again.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Mobile carriers (including, but not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UNFLTR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the website or any delay/failure in communication transmission.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
